Agreement
By downloading or using Work Mirror, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Work Mirror for personal use in accordance with these terms.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the app.
- Redistribute, sublicense, or sell the app or any part of it.
- Use the app in violation of any applicable law or the rights of others.
You must use the camera and recording features in compliance with local laws and with the consent of anyone who appears or is recorded, where required.
No Warranty
Work Mirror is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
Purchase and Billing
Work Mirror is a one-time purchase at the price shown at checkout. There is no subscription. Stripe processes payments, receipts, and payment methods. We do not add sales tax through Stripe at checkout. Charges appear as WORK MIRROR on your statement.
After purchase you receive an activation code by email. Each code works on one Mac at a time. You can deactivate a Mac from the License menu in Work Mirror to use the code on another. All sales are final.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to or use of the app at any time. You may stop using the app at any time. Upon termination, your license ends.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will note the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates. Any dispute arising from these terms or the app shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
